Irene is a highly experienced and NCIDQ-certified Interior Designer with a passion for creating spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but functional as well. Irene began her career in Architectural Engineering, studying the technical aspects of building design, before transitioning to Interior Design.
For over 10 years, she has been focusing her work in the Hospitality Design industry, working with major hotel brands to design spaces that meet the specific needs of travelers. Irene has extensive knowledge of FF&E manufacturing and procurement, allowing her to create designs that are both visually stunning and practical, with the belief that great designs should last long.
Binny’s innate love for design led her to pursue a second career in Interior Design. After graduating from the Art Institute of Houston in 2007, She had the opportunity to intern and work at an architecture firm. During her time at the firm, she gained valuable experience from varying commercial and high-end hospitality projects which she continues to implement today toward her design approach. With over 15 years of design experience, Binny understands that meticulous preparation and planning is critical to the success of a project. Having exceptional organizational skills and a comprehensive knowledge of design principles.
As an advocate for sustainability, Binny strives to incorporate materials and practices into every project, ensuring a harmonious balance between aesthetics and environmental consciousness.
